The Oaks - Basement Living Area
The Oaks - Basement Living Area
I am so glad we decided to do the basement. It has already brought so many memories and cozy moments all together! and it really is so nice to have an extra space for kiddos to hang out if they don't want to monkey around in the main living room.
When you enter the basement this foosball table is the first thing you see. You can see in the picture below, the left side door is where you enter the basement!
It is a cheap table, so I totally didn't expect solid, but it looks super cute and functional!! But I knew for $160 bucks if it lasted us a couple years that would be worth it!
This olive tree is HUGE!! Which I love because it fills up a really big corner in the living space. It's 7' tall but so wide. It is a brighter green which is fun for an olive tree as then usually are a darker green. I really love this one!!
I went more streamline and simple with the tv area. Console tables, lighting and a gold frame for the tv and that's it!
Okay I am SO EXCITED about this couch! The Bellamia is awesome! First off it comes in pieces which is a wonderful because hauling them down curved stairs was so easy!
You guys, can you even take the color?! I am slightly in love!! It is so pretty! The squared off corners and the velvet sold me right away.
The cool part about Bellamia is that you can configure the shape and size that you desire. The assemble was so slick, it think it took me 10 minutes to put it together myself!
The cushions keep their shape all while being comfortable. Machine washable cushions too which is game changer for families with littles!
and so many more amazing features to check out!
This shuffleboard is 9' long!! This board is pretty impressive with LED lights and the quality is very good. Heavy duty all around.
This corner of the room might be the favorite for my kids! They keep saying they could live here LOL.
I found these vintage game prints and I couldn't pass them up. This was the absolute perfect spot to showcase them and fill up this big wall.
I have a couple more ideas for that wall behind the popcorn maker but for now the popcorn maker will have it's home right there for cozy movie nights!
