Let's take a walk down memory lane and visit old blog posts I had put together of past room makeovers for Miss Kynlee!
Back in 2018 when we put our addition on, we moved around all the kiddos to different rooms. So once we did that, Kynlee got her first makeover! Full blog details HERE!

Welcome to Kynlee's New Room!!
For Kynlee's birthday she wanted a room makeover so badly! Well you know me, I am all about these fun projects, so we made that happen!

Oh and yes, Rusty made the photo!! The cats love Kynlee's room and tend to always be snuggled up in here...
A desk was a must for her. She uses it for her makeup station, crafting and schoolwork! A multi-use area...

How cool is this Marble Headphone Stand?! She got headphones for Christmas so this stand was the perfect way to display them!
We had 3 options of Wallpaper we were trying to decide on from Urban Walls. We went back and forth for a while,
Kynlee made the final decision and went with
Botanical Print, in Carob. It is absolutely stunning!! We pulled our inspiration for this room from this wallpaper sample.
They offer it in peel and stick and traditional pre-pasted. I opted for the traditional wallpaper. I personal think it's easier to hang and I also thing the quality looks better.
I had help from Mama Sue and Kynlee with hanging it and that helped so much! You definitley need extra hands while hanging wallpaper!

Adding girly touches to this room was so much fun!! I love these faux flowers that are great for all time of year.
Curtains add so much to a room. It is such a simple way to elevate any space. We love these black out pleated curtains!
We have them throughout our entire house as well as at all of our rental's properties, highly recommend!
I think Kynlee was the most excited for this swing in her room. She has been dreaming of this little corner for so long!
And of course she made this quilted blanket to match her new room perfectly!! She is just so creative, I love that so much about her!
The floor paint and trim color is called Afternoon Tea. We knew going into the designing and planning phase that it would be moody color to tie in the darker colors in the wallpaper!
The area rug is so cozy! Kynlee spends a lot of time on the ground doing many different crafty things, so I wanted it to be as cozy as possible with still keeping the painted floors.
This process of designing, styling and executing this room makeover together has been such a special process!!
