The Master Bedroom at the Lakeside Cottage
I wanted to step outside the box with this Lakeside project and do some bolder moves that maybe I maybe wasn't sure I'd do in my home but have recently loved!! Well I am so happy I did so because wow, the results are stunning!

Below I shared my vision board of what I had imaged in my head before starting this room Oh My!! It totally came to life!!

We had planned on doing a small closet door, but then realized how that's not very functional for a smaller space + we wanted to create as much space as possible! We decided to go the curtain route and the color of the curtain matched perfectly.

This the view from standing In the doorway, I may just stand here all day long!!
Let's talk about the TV Frame should we? I saw an Instagram friend DIY a frame like this (I will put that DIY blog post HERE)
When seeing that I thought "I need to make one for the bedroom at Lakeside!" I did dumb it down and decided to wing some of the process, as well as a little error with the gold spray paint. Don't worry my faithful rub n puff came to the rescue! (favorite color is european gold.)
I used may hands to rub in the buff to make it look more antique with a black base. I am obsessed!! I may love it so much that I'm going to make another for a different spot, Stay tuned;)
These Amazon pleated curtains elevated the look SO MUCH. I used them in the bunk room as well. It's always a good feeling when your vision comes to life and you love it just as much as you hoped you would! Find the links to everything below.
